A sample edit
From the results section of a phase II oncology trial. Edits arrive as tracked changes you accept or reject in Word. We never change your data. When two numbers disagree, we ask.
Median overall survival was 14.2 months (95% CI, 11.8 to 16.9) in the intervention arm. The addition of maintenance therapy significantly improved outcomes in all patientswas associated with longer overall survival (HR 0.71; 95% CI, 0.52 to 0.97).
How it works
- Upload. Send the manuscript as .docx with tables, figures, and supplement, and tell us the target journal. Takes about two minutes.
- Six reviewers read in parallel. Each looks for one kind of problem: language, argument, reporting guidelines, numbers, literature, data interpretation.
- An AI editor revises the manuscript. It works every finding into the text, rewrites the Introduction and Discussion where the argument can be stronger, and tightens the prose to your target journal's style. A rewrite replaces your version only if a blind comparison rates it stronger.
- Every change is checked. A second AI model reviews the edited manuscript, and a fact-check traces every new or changed number and reference to its source.
- A scientist checks the review. A PhD scientist reads every finding, keeps what helps, and removes what doesn't. Nothing reaches you unchecked.
- The review arrives by email. You accept or reject each change in Word.

Questions
Yes. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the review system and our reviewing scientist see them, and we never use submissions to train AI models. We keep files for up to a year in case you resubmit elsewhere, and delete them on request.

No. The science and the data stay yours. We edit freely, up to rewriting whole sections, but every change is a tracked change you can accept or reject.
It depends on the journal. Most ask for a statement on AI-assisted editing, but they differ in the wording and where it goes: cover letter, Methods, or Acknowledgments. We add the disclosure for our part of the work to your manuscript, worded and placed the way your target journal asks. If you used other AI tools, disclose those yourself.
You get the review first. When you tell us you're using our edits, we send an invoice, payable by card or bank transfer. If you don't use the review, you owe nothing.
Reply to the delivery email. We'll explain any finding.
