Frequently asked

Yes. Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the AI review system and our reviewing scientist see your manuscript. We never use submissions for AI model training. We keep your files for up to one year so we can support follow-up reviews if you resubmit to a different venue, but will delete them immediately on request.

Original research articles, clinical trials, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and case series in biomedical and clinical research. If you're unsure whether your manuscript fits, reach out and we'll let you know.

No. We review your manuscript the way a thorough peer reviewer would. Where a section can be sharpened, we may rewrite it rather than just flag the issue. But we don't ghostwrite, and every edit comes as a tracked change you can accept or reject.

You receive the full review first, no upfront payment. Once you let us know you're incorporating our edits, we send an invoice you can pay by credit card or bank transfer (SEPA/wire). If you don't use the review, you owe nothing.
